As our Community Liaison Coordinator<\/strong>, Napoleon plays a vital role in building and maintaining relationships between cycling communities across Southern California. His position involves engaging with local organizations, businesses, and cyclists to promote the objectives of LACM \u2014 advocating for cycling as a sustainable mode of transportation and fostering a strong sense of unity among cyclists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Napoleon organizes outreach efforts, communicates essential LACM monthly event information, and gathers participant feedback to improve future rides. By acting as a bridge between LACM and the broader community, he ensures that the voices of our cyclists are heard and that we remain responsive to the concerns of participants and the public.
