Directions and Parking
In the heart of Koreatown on Western and Wilshire
To get to Los Angeles Critical Mass at the intersection of Western and Wilshire Blvd, follow these general directions:
By Car:
- Start on the nearest major freeway (e.g., I-10, I-5, or US-101).
- Get off at the appropriate exit for Western Ave or Wilshire Blvd.
- Head towards the intersection of Western and Wilshire.
- Parking: Free parking is available on the west side of Western Ave. Between 6th street and 4th Street and past Manhattan Pl. We suggest parking on the other side of Wilton off of 5th going toward Handcock Park. You will find plenty of parking and these neighborhoods are very nice. You can park and ride to our meet up spot on Western and Wilshire Blvd. You also have other options such as meter parking off of Wilshire Blvd. It’s free after 8:00 PM. The other option is paid parking in the Ralphs parking lot on the other side of the Wilton Theatre.
By Public Transportation:
- Check Metro Bus or Metro Rail options that stop near Western and Wilshire.
- Take the appropriate line that connects to your location.
- Get off at the nearest stop to the intersection.
By Bicycle:
- Plan your route using a bike-friendly map app.
- Follow bike lanes or less-trafficked roads to reach the intersection safely.
Tips:
- Check the time: We are every last Friday of every month. Check the ride schedule here. We meet at 6:30 PM and ride out at 7:29 PM.
- Be aware of traffic conditions: Especially if you’re driving or biking.
