As a condition of participating in Los Angeles Critical Mass (LACM), all participants release and waive any right to sue the organizers, their employees, officers, volunteers, and agents from any claims, including those of negligence, related to any physical injury, illness (including death), or economic loss resulting from participation in LACM.

By joining an LACM event, each participant acknowledges the inherent risks, which may include physical and psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, death, or economic loss. These risks may arise from the actions or negligence of participants or others, or from the condition of the locations or facilities. Participants assume all known and unknown risks associated with their involvement in Los Angeles Critical Mass (LACM).
