By participating in the Los Angeles Critical Mass event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Photography, Filming, and Recording: This event takes place in public spaces where photography, video recording, and audio recording are common. By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.
- Use of Media: Images, videos, and audio recordings captured during the event may be used for promotional, marketing, documentary, or informational purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, social media, websites, print materials, and news outlets.
- No Compensation: You agree that you will not receive any compensation, royalties, or other payments for the use of your likeness in any media captured during each monthly LACM event.
- Public Setting: As the event occurs in public areas, participants have a limited expectation of privacy. It is the participant’s responsibility to manage their own visibility during the event.
