#LACriticalmass December 2024
The final destination for #LACriticalmass was Hollywood Blvd. The video above shows the masses of all our participants that night. #Shoutout to the North Hollywood Individuals Car Club passing through on the opposite side.

The weather was perfect. We initially thought it would be a chilly night, but the weather spoke differently. With several pre-route rides before the last Friday, this month has to be an ideal festive ride route: festive lights, glamour, and nearly flat streets.
Starting in Koreatown, the mass of cyclists, rollerbladers, skaters, and participants made their way to the west side on 6th street. We were headed to Beverly Hills.
This month’s ride route took us through gorgeous Hancock Park as we rode on 6th Street.
Hancock Park is one of the oldest and best-preserved neighborhoods in Los Angeles—a genteel residential enclave dating back to the 1920s. Well-preserved mansions in architectural styles such as Tudor and Italian Revival occupy large lots with broad lawns and porticos. Offering an upscale residential community surrounded by beautiful mature trees on rolling and well-manicured yards.
Our participants enjoyed the cool nighttime evening breeze as we rode through, heading to Miracle Mile. Hancock Park is one of our favorite areas of Los Angeles to ride through at night.
, making our way to Miracle Mile and Beverly Grove.

First Destination: Beverly Hills
Our first stop was the festive light show at the iconic Beverly Gardens Park at the Beverly Hills Sign & Lily Pond! This is one of the most photographed spots in Beverly Hills. This historic replica sign is a favorite for both residents and visitors. The sign is 40 feet long, illuminated, and has a water feature with various flora that showcases the garden area’s landscape.
Beverly Gardens is a 1.9-mile linear park from Wilshire Boulevard to North Doheny Drive along Santa Monica Boulevard. The park features numerous notable art sculptures and various specialty gardens, including the Cactus Garden and Rose Garden, the Wilshire Electric Fountain, the Doheny Fountain, a decomposed granite jogging and walking path, and arbors.
This was tonight’s break and rest area. Our participants had enough time to take pictures while enjoying the light show.
